Order Fulfillment Policy
Production Method
Eternity Climbing utilizes a print-on-demand fulfillment model. All products are unique and produced only once an order is placed. We partner with Printify, a global network of print providers, to manufacture and ship our products. This allows us to offer a wide range of designs and products without holding physical inventory.
Fulfillment Timeframes
Because every item is custom-made, please allow for production time prior to shipping.
- Production Time: Typically 2–7 business days.
- Shipping Time: Varies by destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States and 10–30 business days for international orders.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Fulfillment centers are located worldwide; your order will be routed to the facility capable of fulfilling it most efficiently based on your delivery address and product availability.
Returns and Refunds Policy
General Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, all sales are final. We do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for issues related to buyer’s remorse, personal preference, or sizing errors.
We strongly recommend reviewing the size charts provided on each product page before placing an order to ensure the correct fit.
Damaged or Defective Items (Quality Guarantee)
We stand behind the quality of our products. In the event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will offer a free replacement or a refund.
Reporting an Issue
To be eligible for a replacement or refund under the Quality Guarantee, you must report the issue to us within 30 days of the delivery date. Please follow these steps:
- Email us at [email protected].
- Include your Order Number in the subject line.
- Attach clear photos illustrating the issue (e.g., the damaged area of the print, the garment tag, or the packaging if damaged).
Once the issue is verified with our printing partner, we will process a replacement order or a full refund immediately. You are not required to return the defective item to us.
Shipping Issues
Incorrect Address provided by Customer
If an order is returned to the production facility or lost because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of a replacement order. We cannot offer refunds for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided during checkout.
Lost in Transit
If the shipment status is “In Transit” for an extended period of time or marked as “Delivered” but not received, please contact us immediately. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
